1. Introduction
Welcome to our online store.
This website and online store are operated by reChoir no paper. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “reChoir no paper” refer to reChoir no paper.
We provide access to this website, our online store, product information, content, functions, tools, checkout services and related customer services. These are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
The technical e-commerce infrastructure used to provide our online store is supplied through Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including purchases made through our online store.
Our:
- Privacy Policy;
- Return and Refund Policy;
- Shipping Policy;
- Payment Policy; and
- Other policies displayed through the Services
also form part of the agreement between you and us where applicable.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
2. Operator Information
The Services are operated by:

3. Eligibility and Use of the Services
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase agreement.
Where permitted by applicable law, a minor may use the Services only with appropriate involvement, consent or supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the Services only:
- For lawful purposes;
- In accordance with these Terms; and
- In a manner that does not infringe the rights of another person.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that a user:
- Has materially violated these Terms;
- Has provided false or misleading information;
- Is using the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- Has attempted to compromise website security; or
- Creates a material risk to us, our customers or third parties.
4. Customer Accounts
Certain features of the Services may allow or require you to create a customer account.
When creating an account or placing an order, you may be asked to provide information including:
- Your name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Billing address;
- Delivery address;
- Payment information; and
- Other information reasonably necessary to process your order.
You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You should contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You must not sell, assign, transfer or provide unauthorized access to your customer account.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images displayed through the Services are accurate.
However, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly because of factors such as:
- Screen settings;
- Device type;
- Lighting conditions;
- Photography;
- Manufacturing variations; and
- Product improvements.
Product images are provided for reference and illustration purposes.
We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on a particular screen will exactly match the physical product.
Where reasonably necessary, we may:
- Correct product information;
- Update specifications;
- Update images;
- Modify or discontinue products;
- Introduce new versions or models;
- Restrict product quantities; or
- Restrict sales to certain destinations.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights relating to products that are defective, incorrectly described or otherwise not in conformity with the purchase agreement.
6. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that product.
A product may become unavailable before your order is processed.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:
- Cancel the affected item;
- Contact you for further instructions;
- Offer an appropriate alternative; or
- Refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement where your consent is required.
7. Placing an Order
By submitting an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automatically generated order confirmation or acknowledgment generally confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.
A purchase agreement will normally be formed when we:
- Expressly accept your order;
- Send an order acceptance confirmation;
- Confirm that your order has been dispatched; or
- Otherwise clearly confirm acceptance.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting your purchase.
This includes checking:
- Products;
- Quantities;
- Product options;
- Delivery address;
- Billing information;
- Payment method; and
- Total order amount.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, we may not be able to make voluntary changes or cancellations.
Any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
8. Our Right to Reject or Cancel an Order
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- Payment authorization fails;
- Payment cannot reasonably be verified;
- Incorrect billing information is supplied;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information is supplied;
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected;
- There is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- Purchase limits are exceeded;
- Delivery to the supplied destination is unavailable;
- The transaction creates a security risk; or
- Processing the order would violate applicable law.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method where necessary.
9. Personal and Household Purchases
Unless otherwise agreed, products purchased through the Services are intended primarily for lawful personal or household use.
You must not use the Services for:
- Fraudulent transactions;
- Unauthorized commercial resale;
- Unlawful export;
- Circumvention of trade restrictions or sanctions;
- Misrepresentation; or
- Any other unlawful activity.
We may reasonably restrict quantities or reject orders where there are grounds to believe that the purchase is connected with unauthorized resale, fraud or illegal activity.
10. Prices and Promotions
The price payable for a product will normally be the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change from time to time.
A subsequent price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
If a displayed price is clearly the result of an obvious error, we may contact you before fulfilment and provide the option to:
- Continue with the corrected price where appropriate; or
- Cancel the affected order and receive a refund.
Promotional campaigns may have additional conditions concerning:
- Eligibility;
- Promotion periods;
- Eligible products;
- Minimum purchase amounts;
- Coupon codes; or
- Usage limits.
Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional conditions will apply to the extent of the conflict.
11. Taxes, Customs and Additional Charges
Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges will be displayed during checkout where required and reasonably possible.
Orders delivered across national borders may be subject to:
- VAT;
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Customs clearance charges;
- Handling fees; or
- Other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are included in the amount you pay to us, this will normally be indicated during checkout.
Where they are not expressly included, charges imposed independently by customs or government authorities may be the customer's responsibility.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.
12. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The information provided is correct; and
- You authorize the relevant payment provider to process the transaction.
Payments may be processed using Shopify integrations, banks, payment gateways or other independent payment service providers.
Payment methods may vary depending on factors such as:
- Destination;
- Currency;
- Order amount;
- Product;
- Payment provider availability; and
- Other operational requirements.
Only the payment options displayed during checkout are available for the relevant order.
We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot reasonably be authorized or verified.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Any delivery dates or time periods displayed through the Services are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Carrier delays;
- Customs inspections;
- Incorrect delivery information;
- Severe weather;
- Public holidays;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Regulatory restrictions;
- Strikes;
- Natural disasters; or
- Other events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, you may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery costs where permitted by law.
For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage will generally pass in accordance with applicable consumer law.
14. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Where an applicable statutory withdrawal right applies to an online purchase, you may be entitled to withdraw from an eligible purchase within the applicable statutory period.
Our Return and Refund Policy contains further information concerning:
- The voluntary return period;
- Statutory withdrawal rights;
- Return conditions;
- Return shipping;
- Damaged or defective products;
- Exchanges; and
- Refund processing.
Our voluntary return policy does not replace or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
15. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless:
- Another method is agreed;
- The original method cannot reasonably accept the refund; or
- Another method is required by applicable law.
Refund processing time may depend on:
- The type of return;
- Payment method;
- Date returned goods are received;
- Date proof of return is supplied; and
- Processing time of the bank or payment provider.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds will be handled within the applicable legal period.
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
16. Intellectual Property
Content made available through the Services may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Protected content may include:
- Business names;
- Logos;
- Product names;
- Product descriptions;
- Photographs;
- Graphics;
- Videos;
- Text;
- Designs;
- Website layouts;
- Software;
- Icons; and
- Other website materials.
Such content may belong to reChoir no paper, Shopify, our service providers, licensors or other rights holders.
Unless otherwise permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you must not:
- Copy protected content;
- Reproduce protected content;
- Modify or adapt content;
- Republish or distribute content;
- Create unauthorized derivative works;
- Commercially exploit our content;
- Remove intellectual property notices; or
- Use protected materials in a misleading or unlawful manner.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.
17. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
Where the Services allow you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos or other material, you remain responsible for that content.
You confirm that content submitted by you:
- Is owned by you or submitted with appropriate permission;
- Does not infringe another person's rights;
- Is not unlawful;
- Is not intentionally misleading;
- Is not defamatory, abusive or obscene;
- Does not contain malicious software; and
- Complies with applicable law.
To the extent necessary to operate and promote the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish content voluntarily submitted through the Services, subject to applicable law.
You retain ownership of your original content.
We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
18. Third-Party Tools and Services
Certain functions of the Services may rely on tools, integrations or services supplied by third parties.
These may include services relating to:
- Payment;
- Delivery;
- Analytics;
- Customer support;
- Marketing;
- Fraud prevention; and
- Website functionality.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not necessarily own or control independent third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused exclusively by independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.
19. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to independent third-party websites, applications or platforms.
We do not necessarily control or operate those third-party services.
The inclusion of a link does not automatically mean that we endorse the third party.
When you leave our Services and visit another website, the terms, privacy policies and practices of that third party may apply.
Transactions completed directly with an independent third party are generally between you and that third party.
20. Relationship With Shopify
Our online store uses Shopify's e-commerce infrastructure.
Shopify may provide technical services including:
- Store hosting;
- Checkout technology;
- Payment integrations;
- Security functions;
- Store-management tools; and
- Data-processing services.
Products offered through our store are sold by reChoir no paper, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by reChoir no paper and is not normally a party to the purchase agreement between you and reChoir no paper.
Shopify may independently process certain information in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.
21. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains matters including:
- What personal information may be collected;
- Why information is processed;
- How information may be disclosed;
- How information may be retained;
- International data transfers; and
- Rights that may be available to customers.
By using Shopify and other service providers, certain information may also be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the Services.
22. Errors and Corrections
Information displayed through the Services may occasionally contain:
- Typographical errors;
- Incorrect prices;
- Outdated product information;
- Incorrect delivery estimates;
- Availability errors; or
- Other inaccuracies.
We may correct inaccurate information when an error is identified.
If an obvious error materially affects an order, we may contact you and offer to:
- Proceed using corrected information;
- Provide an appropriate alternative; or
- Cancel the affected order and provide a refund.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
23. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services:
- For unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
- To violate applicable laws or regulations;
- To infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- To harass, threaten, abuse or defame another person;
- To submit false or misleading information;
- To impersonate another person or organization;
- To distribute spam or unauthorized advertising;
- To introduce viruses or malicious software;
- To obtain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- To interfere with website security;
- To interfere with website performance;
- To unlawfully collect personal information;
- To unlawfully scrape protected website content;
- To bypass security or access restrictions; or
- To commercially exploit the Services without authorization.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary.
24. Automated Tools and Agents
Automated software, robots, artificial intelligence tools or similar systems must not access or interact with the Services in a manner that:
- Circumvents security controls;
- Circumvents CAPTCHA systems;
- Ignores technical access restrictions;
- Attempts to disguise prohibited automated activity;
- Scrapes protected information unlawfully;
- Accesses customer accounts without authorization;
- Interferes with website performance; or
- Otherwise violates these Terms.
We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent automated access that creates security, privacy, operational or intellectual-property risks.
25. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Services where reasonably necessary because:
- These Terms have been materially breached;
- Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected;
- Payment lawfully remains unpaid;
- Website or account security has been threatened;
- An account creates a material risk to customers or third parties; or
- We are required to do so by law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Terms concerning intellectual property, privacy, liability and disputes may continue to apply where appropriate after termination.
26. Availability and Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services accurate, secure and available.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be:
- Uninterrupted;
- Completely free from technical faults;
- Compatible with every browser or device;
- Completely secure; or
- Free from temporary errors.
Except where expressly promised or required by law, website functionality is provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory:
- Product guarantees;
- Product conformity rights;
- Remedies concerning defective goods;
- Rights relating to misleading descriptions; or
- Other non-waivable consumer protections.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, reChoir no paper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
Such losses may include, where applicable:
- Loss of profit;
- Loss of revenue;
- Loss of business opportunity;
- Loss of data; or
- Other indirect commercial losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for:
- Fraud;
- Fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Intentional misconduct;
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;
- Mandatory product liability;
- Gross negligence where liability cannot be restricted;
- Violation of non-waivable consumer rights; or
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
28. Your Responsibility for Breaches
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or claims resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of the Services;
- A material breach of these Terms;
- Your infringement of another person's rights; or
- Content submitted by you without necessary authorization.
You will not be responsible for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach.
29. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters;
- Extreme weather;
- War;
- Civil unrest;
- Terrorism;
- Government restrictions;
- Epidemics;
- Strikes;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Telecommunications failures;
- Power outages;
- Customs restrictions; or
- Failures of critical third-party infrastructure.
If such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its impact and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent legally permitted.
Any invalid or unenforceable part will be separated from the remaining Terms where appropriate.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
31. No Waiver
If we delay or fail to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms, this does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.
Any waiver applies only to the specific circumstances in which it is given.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
They supersede earlier versions of these Terms relating to the same subject matter.
Nothing in this section excludes information, promises or rights that legally form part of a consumer purchase contract.
33. Assignment
You may not transfer your customer account or contractual obligations to another person without our prior approval, except where applicable law permits such transfer.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate:
- Business transfer;
- Restructuring;
- Merger;
- Sale of assets; or
- Similar transaction.
Any such transfer will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
34. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and purchases made through the Services are governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may use any competent court, consumer dispute-resolution mechanism or other remedy available under applicable law.

35. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- Changes to our Services;
- Changes in our business operations;
- Changes in technology;
- Legal or regulatory requirements;
- Security developments; or
- Other legitimate operational reasons.
